Welcome to From Job to Calling in 30 Days. We are excited that you decided to take this journey with us, it will be impactful, fun, and productive.

At Rengaged, employee engagement is our passion and it did not happen by accident. We made the conscious decision to focus on engagement in a big way, so here we are, and here you are.

Discover who you were meant to be by working through this course. There are two ways that we offer this, there is the 30 consecutive days method where you begin one day and continue each and everyday for 30 days. There is the second option that we recommend, since there are 6 five-day sections, work the course only on weekdays for 6 weeks. Either way works, but it is all about what is best for you as an individual. Each section will take you 10-15 minutes as well as a 5-10 minute activity. Doing this before your workday may be most effective for you.

The Rengaged Team, part of Verd Investment Group, is the creative mind behind this course. In 2017 it was reported that employee engagement was at a mere 30% while 70% of employees were disengaged.

This led our founder, Jaime Verd, to create the vision to improve this. As a collective team we created content and points of emphasis that enable anyone to apply immediately into their personal and professional lives.

It is not enough for companies to create a "good culture" as the people within that culture are the most important. When does the course start and finish?
The course begins as soon as you would like! We suggest beginning on a Monday morning and working through the course each weekday for 6 weeks OR beginning any day you'd like and working through the course for 30 consecutive days. We understand that there are different personality types and styles of people so leave it open for you to decide, however, we also are aware that making this course a consistent habit enhances your results.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. At any point in time you are able to view any of the 30 sections that we have, though again, we encourage working through in the order we have pre-determined for you.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 100 days and we will give you a full refund, no questions asked (though we would love feedback on any reason you may feel that this course was not what you were seeking).
Are there other courses available?

There are a lot of book suggestions where should I start?
Yes, it was difficult to decide on just a few, so we narrowed it down to three per section, (18 in total). There is a portion of the website where we blog about the books that we read. We have summaries and our personal takes on each of the books that we recommended within this course as well as many more! That resource will continue growing! As a company, we read at least 20 books each month. Again, if there are any suggestions you have or books you might not be sure about, contact us and we will add them to our reading list.
